Food web game in the mangroves

The teacher writes a schedule on the board who eats who. All students spread in a marked area of the playing field. Everybody mimes their feeding behavior and starts eating (catching students) as soon as the timer starts. The game is discussed afterwards. You will have to change part of the animals to your ecosystem. For the Philippines replace shore crab, raccoon, sturgeon and egret for mud crab, saltwater crocodile, rabbitfish, kingfisher.
