Students brainstorm about ocean users and ocean resources and how they might interfere with each other.
Students brainstorm about who uses the ocean and how they use it. They also think about which resources humans collect from the ocean, but are not directly visible (like oil or minerals). As a next step they identify ocean uses that clash with each other.
